Drop-off and Pick-up times are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. If you need to pick up or drop off outside of this time special arrangements must be made in advance and there will be an additional fee of $10.

We live on an acre of land, so tons of room to play. That said this is country land so there are fleas! We do our best to treat the areas of the yard that the dogs are in, but it isn't 100%. We recommend putting your dog on a flea prevention prior to staying with us. We are not responsible for your dog getting fleas during their stay.

If your dog comes to stay with us and is already infested with fleas you will be given the option to allow us to give a Capstar to kill the fleas, which is at an additional fee of $7. If you do not agree to the Capstar and fee, you will need to pick up your dog and make other arrangements.

Your dog should be fully vaccinated with a minimum of rabies and DHPP at least 2 weeks prior to their stay. We are not responsible if your dog becomes ill during their stay, and you will be responsible for any veterinarian bills which may occur due to said illness. If you booked through Rover, you are subject to the Rover guarantee which may cover some expenses.

There are at least 5 dogs in the home at any given time. If your dog does not get along with dogs, please make sure we are aware of that prior to your arrival.

If your dog is under 1 year old, we do require that they be crate trained and you must provide a crate for any dogs over 15 lbs. We know accidents happen and have no issue if the dog is not fully housetrained. However, for safety reasons we cannot leave puppies unattended and roaming free when I have to run errands.

Dogs are not left alone for more than 2 hours at a time, if at all.

We will administer oral medications twice daily at no charge. Injections and more frequent medications will incur an extra charge.

For dogs over 40 lbs we may require a meet and greet first and may require that they have a crate.
